These Terms & Conditions are issued by BRACKNELL FOOD LIMITED, trading under the brand Maple Table. All website access, browsing activity, food and beverage orders, delivery and collection services are governed by these terms.

By placing an order or continuing to use our website, you confirm acceptance of all conditions set out on this page. Order Contract Formation

When you complete checkout and submit payment, you submit an order request to our business. A binding service agreement is created only once our team confirms and accepts your order.

• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any submitted order without further explanation.
• All food items are freshly prepared after order confirmation. Menu items, availability and prices are subject to change without advance notice.
• Group and large volume catering orders require prior written confirmation to guarantee arrangement.

Pricing & Payment

• All displayed prices are final. We offer free delivery within our designated service zone.
• Payment must be fully completed at the time of checkout before kitchen preparation commences.
• Promotions, set meals and limited offers cannot be combined unless clearly stated on the website.
• All transactions are processed through authorised payment channels. We do not store full payment card information on our servers.

Delivery & Collection Rules

Delivery service is limited exclusively to addresses within Berkshire. All estimated delivery windows are guidance only and not legally binding time commitments.

• Customers must provide accurate, complete address details and remain contactable during the expected delivery window.
• Where collection is selected, orders should be collected at the agreed time from our store location.
• Our separate Takeaway Delivery Policy contains full detailed delivery terms and shall be treated as supplementary clauses to these conditions.

Cancellation, Alteration & Refunds

All rules regarding order cancellation, modification eligibility and refund calculation follow our published Cancellation & Refund Policy.

• Full refunds are only available if cancelled before ingredient preparation begins.
• No refunds will be approved once preparation, cooking or dispatch has started.
• Requests to adjust items within an existing order can only be accepted if notified before kitchen work commences.

Customer Responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring all personal details, delivery address and contact information submitted during ordering are correct.
• Do not use this website for unlawful, disruptive or abusive activity.
• Any food allergy, dietary requirement or ingredient sensitivity must be clearly noted during checkout. We take reasonable steps to pass requests to kitchen staff but cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination environment.
• Once food has been handed over to you, safe storage and timely consumption become your responsibility.

Intellectual Property

All text, photographs, branding, logos, layout and graphic material shown on this website remain the intellectual property of BRACKNELL FOOD LIMITED.

Service Limitations & Liability

• Website temporary downtime, minor display errors or third-party network issues do not create grounds for compensation claims.
• Our total maximum liability for any single disputed order will not exceed the original amount paid for that order.
